Softer Grey and Pink

Outfit ideas on my Northwest Mountain Style Boutique page here.

I'm linking up with Not Dead Yet Style for Visible Monday, Not Dressed As Lamb for I Will Wear What I Like and Style Nudge for Shoe and Tell. I hope to see you there! I'm also linking up with Elegantly Dressed & Stylish for Turning Heads.

I have been wearing the color combination of pink and grey a lot this season. My favorite outfit was a bolder grey and pink (see post here) but for this outfit I wore a soft grey and pink.  The softer colors made me think a pair of old faded jeans would go well so I got out a pair of jeans I have had for 11 or 12 years now. Bingo, they worked for me. A long necklace and tan booties completed this simple every day outfit.

I am back in Idaho at home by the time you read this. This is my last Arizona outfit until next year. I had a really nice time there, but was just giddy to get home. I am so comfortable and happy in my county mountain home. I even already got to do a run on my snowy trail.

Here's the thing though. I pulled my hamstring pretty badly three weeks ago while running a 5k. It was really cold that morning and I didn't warm up. Not long into the race the pain shot down my left hamstring and I barely could finish the race. I didn't run at all for two weeks and am now slowly trying to work back into it but still feeling the pull. Ugh. I miss my runs and have already put on a couple of pounds! Any advice anyone? Should I not run or do like I am doing, running very slow and only a couple of miles with a few days in between.

I hope everyone has a great week!

Thanks for stopping by!

Peace!
